It is your enthusiasm that motivates our clergy and staff every day, inspiring them to provide innovative and engaging ministries that Love God, Serve People, and Transform Lives.

As we near the 2020 finish line, let’s join together to fully fund this year’s ministry and operating budget in preparation for a robust 2021!
If you have not yet made a gift to the 2020 Ministry and Operating Fund, I ask you to prayerfully step up and make one before year-end.
By now you have received or will soon receive your 2020 eleventh month Contribution Statement either by email or through the USPS, which reflects your most recent 2020 giving activity and any balance remaining as of November 30th.
Your thoughtful and intentional giving makes it possible for First Church to share God’s faithfulness through our ministries and programs.
Our 2021 Annual Stewardship Campaign is underway. You recently received a letter from Dr. Bruster and me which included a commitment card. You can also click here if prefer to make your commitment online.
Over the next four weeks, as we talk about the 2021 Stewardship Annual Ministry Fund Campaign, let each of us consider how we can use our gifts to uplift and invigorate all who we encounter in the faith while at the same time honoring the boundless faithfulness of God.
What a joy it was to speak masked face to masked face with several church members this last Sunday as we resumed onsite inside worship. Thanks to all those who made a choice to join us! Thanks to hundreds of you who continue to be faithful in your online presence.
I am sitting at my home computer writing this and thinking how blessed I am to be associated with each of you! Thank you for hanging in there with First Church during these unusual times of the pandemic.
Please join me Sunday for the historic Next90 vote by voting “YES” and then again on September 17 to “get up and give” to these life-changing organizations as part of North Texas Giving Day.
