Executive Director

First United Methodist Church of Fort Worth
  • The Executive Director’s primary responsibility is to strategically implement the vision and goals of the Co-Pastors by serving as an extension in terms of administrative and human resource management responsibilities. This will include facilitating the church’s succession plan at the Senior Pastor position.
  • Second, the Executive Director serves the staff as their Supervisor/Coach.
  • Third, the Executive Pastor serves the Church Council and the Board of Stewards as their senior implementer and monitor of established goals and objectives for the ministry areas.
  • The Executive Director is a member of the Executive Team, whose purpose is to manage the day-to-day operations of the church and set a course for the future.
