This position will ensure proper execution and administration of programs for middle school aged (6th grade through 8th grade) youth.
The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the Director of Youth Ministries and Associate Director of Youth Ministries in coordinating weekly programming, equipping volunteers, connecting with youth and youth families, and organizing events, all focused on our Middle School youth, with a particular emphasis on Sunday morning programming.

This person should be a team player, have a strong sense of responsibility, and a desire to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
This person is expected to work approximately 10-15 hours per week. The director is prepared to be flexible and understanding regarding when those hours are achieved each week. Hours will vary at times, with full days on trips and in preparation for events and shorter days in the office. This position will be compensated on an hourly basis, at a rate commensurate to background and experience.
