After enjoying more than five years of good health, she began to get sick, with fluid retention, difficulty of movement, and a lot of pain.
The woman was healed by the fact that she touched the edge of Jesus’ cloak in faith, but in doing so, she tried to go unnoticed in the crowd.
A woman tired of having a bad time because of a disease that has afflicted her for years.
It is difficult, frustrating, and exhausting to live with an illness that requires special attention and care.
We have all had some difficult experience that goes beyond our control, and it can start to affect us too much when we are prevented from being able to continue with our usual life, or that battle not only affects us directly but also affects those who are important to us.
From the disciples’ question about Jesus, it seems that it is still unclear to them who he is.
As a child, I remember that what I was most afraid of was the dark. In a way, I felt that everything bad was in the dark, so I didn’t like it, and it would be even worse if I were alone.
As Jesus slept through the storm, the disciples were in despair and fear.
