My husband Dave and I have led several discussions on Healthy Plate Discipleship – the framework FUMC Fort Worth sometimes uses to put spiritual practices into our daily lives.
Several years ago, Rev. Lance Marshall and Rev. Casey Orr led a retreat on spiritual practices designed around Healthy Plate disciplines: worship, pray, play, give, learn, and serve.
