Opening Prayer
*Call to Worship
One: Before God spoke commandments, God opened the sea and led a people into freedom.
All: Grace came first. Love had already made a way.
One: Around the world, many stories and many lives gather at Christ’s table.
All: There is room for the whole beautiful human family. One: Come, bring your glimpse of goodness and place it beside another.
All: Together, our witness becomes a mosaic. Amen.
*Hymn 715: “Rejoice The Lord Is King”
*Affirmation of Faith 881
I believe in God the Father Almighty, maker of heaven and earth;
And in Jesus Christ his only Son our Lord:
who was conceived by the Holy Spirit,
born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead, and buried;
the third day he rose from the dead; he ascended into heaven,
and sitteth at the right hand of God the Father Almighty;
from thence he shall come to judge the quick and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit,
the holy catholic* church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen.
*Gloria Patri 70
Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Ghost; as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen. Amen.

The Lord’s Prayer
Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name. Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For Thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen. (Matthew 6:9-13)

*Benediction
One: Our gathering will soon be ended. Where will we go, and what will we do?
All: We will go out to be God’s people in the world.
One: May grace, peace, hope, love, and joy forever accompany you. Amen.
*Congregational Benediction: “Sent Forth by God’s Blessing” Sent forth by God’s blessing, our true faith confessing, the people of God from this dwelling take leave.
The service is ended, O now be extended the fruits of our worship in all who believe.
The seed of the teaching, receptive souls reaching, shall blossom in action for God and for all.
God’s grace did invite us, and love shall unite us to work for God’s kingdom and answer the call.
