Starting January 5th, we spend the following 12 weeks learning what First Church is all about.

  • Do you know what God’s purpose is for you?
  • How can the power of God change the way you live?
  • What is the goal of the Christian life?
  • What is sanctification?
  • How are happiness and holiness related?
  • How does getting closer to God help us get closer to each other?

Here are just a few of the discussion questions prompted and stirred in The Absolute Basics of the Wesleyan Way, a study packed with dynamic illustrations and compelling analogies that explore the key elements of the Wesleyan movement.

We delve into John Wesley’s life, his core theological message, and the legacy of Wesley’s leadership in our church. Rich in both history and faith-building, this study walks us through a fundamental understanding of the value of scripture, prayer, communion, spiritual relationships, and the power of salvation, as evidenced in the life and teachings of John Wesley.

So whether you prefer to attend in-person on campus or on Zoom, whether you can come every week, every other week, or occasionally as your schedule allows. We hope to see you at GROW!
