Youth Parent & Family Meeting

Every year, we gather a few weeks before our Fall Kick-Off to check in with parents and students in 6th-12th grades and go over what everyone in our Youth Ministries program can look forward to for the upcoming school year. We’ll have coffee, donuts, lemonade, and a few other breakfast items available, so come hungry! We’ll cover:
– Weekly programming updates, including some changes coming to our Sunday morning and Sunday evening programs
– Big event and trip schedules for the upcoming year
– Expectations for Youth Ministry, including our youth covenant
– Family partnership and volunteer opportunities
The Family Meeting will be from 9:30 – 10:30 am on the 1st Floor of the Justin Youth Building, across 5th Street from the main church building. We’ll have some time afterward for staff to answer any questions you might have. If your student hasn’t been on a summer trip with us, and you want to get ahead of the curve, please fill out our youth medical form and youth covenant form and bring them with you. If you’re unable to fill them out beforehand, we’ll have copies for you in the Justin Building. If you have any questions or food allergies, contact Rebekah.
