For the Love of Kewpies from the Princess of Quite a Lot
Guest Speaker – Julie Donovan

In the month of love, Julie Donovan, Eve Circle member, will tell us about the history of Kewpie Dolls, a doll reminiscent of the Roman god of love, Cupid. Kewpies were the creation of Rose O’Neill, a suffragette and illustrator, and became a global phenomenon after their first appeared in the Ladies Home Journal in 1909.
