The storm is over. We are ok. And I am so grateful that I was not alone in this storm.
Jesus gave a number of imperatives or commands, but none more prominent that the command to love:
We live in a world in which changes occur so rapidly that we can’t begin to keep up with all of them.
The prophet Jeremiah’s words are for the people to give them hope in a dark time. He wants to assure the people that God will give them “a future with hope.”
I will listen for the voice of my Shepherd amid the noise of the crowd.
