*Call to Worship
One: Christ is risen!
All: Christ is risen indeed.
One: To believe these words is to believe that Life and the pure power of Love eventually, inevitably triumph.
All: For Christ is risen. Christ is risen indeed!
One: From every dry and thirsty desert in life, we too shall rise.
All: For Christ is risen. Christ is risen indeed!
One: From every darkness which pierces the soul, we too shall rise.
All: For Christ is risen. Christ is risen indeed!
One: To believe these words is to believe that resurrection is not for a day, but that from every death, we too shall rise.
All: For Christ is risen. Christ is risen indeed! Amen.

*Hymn 302: “Christ the Lord Is Risen Today”

*Hymn 327: “Crown Him with Many Crowns”

*Affirmation of Faith 881
Rev. Phyllis Barren, Associate Pastor
I believe in God the Father Almighty,
  maker of heaven and earth;
And in Jesus Christ his only Son our Lord:
  who was conceived by the Holy Spirit,
            born of the Virgin Mary,
            suffered under Pontius Pilate,
            was crucified, dead, and buried;
  the third day he rose from the dead;
  he ascended into heaven,
            and sitteth at the right hand of God the Father Almighty;
            from thence he shall come to judge the quick and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit,
            the holy catholic◦ church, the communion of saints,
            the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body,
            and the life everlasting. Amen.

*Gloria Patri 70
Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Ghost; as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen. Amen.

Faith Like a Child (11:00)

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name. Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. Amen. (Matthew 6:9-13)
