One: We have come together to praise God to whom we have belonged since the creation of the world. We heard God’s voice ordering chaos with the Word of life, illuminating the darkness of an eternal night that saw light for the first time.
All: We praise the Creator of earth, sky, and sea.
One: The heavens declare God’s glory.
All: Let us join all creation in worship and joy! Amen.

The Lord’s Prayer
Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name. Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For Thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen. (Matthew 6:9-13)
