On Sunday, May 18th at The Gathering, our combined children’s choirs will present the musical – Shoes! It’s all about putting our faith into action and is inspired by Ephesians 6:15 – Put shoes on your feet so that you are ready to spread the good news of peace. As part of the show, we are going to put shoes on other people’s feet as well. Here’s how …

We are having a shoe drive starting now!
We will accept new shoes as well as gently used ones – in children’s sizes and adult sizes. Particularly, we are looking for sneakers and Crocs. All the shoes we collect between now and May 18th will be taken to Costa Rica by our church’s summer mission team. These shoes are incredibly important and for many who live there, these are the only shoes they will have all year!

Bring your shoe donations to the Children’s Wing on Sunday morning, or whenever you happen to be on campus.
