We very gratefully invite all who faithfully serve our church with love and loyalty, including Ushers, Greeters (Hospitality Team, Welcome Center and Special Events), Television Ministry, First Friends, Docents, Congregational Care, Donation Counters, Adult Teaching Faculty, Nursery Volunteers, Sunday School Teachers, Parish Nurses, Communication Stewards, Library and Archive, Front Desk, Sound Technicians and Office Volunteers to a special dinner in your honor on Tuesday, March 18, from 6:00 ─ 7:30 pm, in Wesley Hall.  Dress is business casual, and we are delighted to have you bring along your spouses and enjoy this complimentary dinner in honor of your service!

Our distinguished speaker at this year’s dinner is the lifelong journalist and extraordinary volunteer, Paul K. Harral.  Until 2012, Paul was the executive editor at Fort Worth, Texas magazine, a position he filled after retiring from the Fort Worth Star Telegram, where he was Vice President and Editorial Page Editor.  Some of the many organizations where Paul has contributed his talents include Kids Who Care, Shakespeare in the Park, Circle Theater and the Tarrant County Homeless Coalition.  He holds the Silver Beaver Award from the Boy Scouts.

Harral continues to work as a consultant with his wife’s firm, The Harral Group, a company that specializes in organizational effectiveness.  He is principal of an arts and crafts company called HarralCrafts of Fort Worth and has taught journalism at Baylor University, the University of Texas at Arlington and Texas Christian University.
