Is it That Time of Year Already?!?

robert-stovall2To borrow text from a favorite tune, “It’s the MOST wonderful time of the year!” That theme is about to dominate our everyday lives. Thanksgiving followed by the Advent season promises to be full of high energy, special times, special food, and special GIFTS!

Traditionally, we all look forward to the holiday season. One way that certainly allows us to enjoy it all is hearing or perhaps participating in music opportunities. It may be at a social party, a family event, or of course, a church function that allows you to be involved in musical presentations. I know from the opportunities we are offering in our church, every person will have the chance to feel the Christmas Spirit. It begins with the First Sunday in Advent and reaches all the way into the new year.

Each Sunday we will be offering music that will help you focus on the “Reason for the Season.” We will have beautiful presentations from soloists, instrumentalists, children and youth ensembles, as well as our adult choruses. Each Sunday in Advent, our goal is to prepare you for the coming of the Christ Child. I know you will enjoy our presentations as much as we will enjoy presenting them!

So, with that being said, let’s alllllll prepare to enjoy “THE MOST WONDERFUL TIME OF THE YEAR!”
