Thank You For Living Out This Scripture

Dear Fellow Disciple,

And serve each other according to the gift each person has received,
as good managers of God’s diverse gifts. ~1 Peter 4:10

Thank you for living out this scripture!

Thank you also for financially supporting FUMCFW’s 2022 Ministry and Operating Fund. Your intentional gesture is a declaration that you are invested in our Christ-focused mission, using the gifts God has entrusted to you to invest in God’s kingdom!

The impact of your generosity is far-reaching with the return on investment exceeding any dollar amount. You and fellow disciples benefit through a multitude of transformative ministries — Sunday worship, soulful music, youth and children discipleship development, like-minded fellowship — all of which provide the foundation for a Christ-centered life that overflows with love, joy, gratitude, hope and faith.

As we begin the final quarter of the year, I am confident that you will continue to be faithful in your giving. September was a slow month after coming off a robust summer of giving, but our hope is that with so many fall activities happening, with attendance up, and with a beautiful Advent season planned, we will end the year financially strong and prepared for 2023!

You will be receiving your third quarter 2022 Contribution Statement later this week. If you have any questions, comments, or needs regarding your current statement, please contact our Business Office at contributions@myfumc.org or call me at 817-339-5098.

Please know that I want to be a resource to you as you think about year-end giving strategies that will benefit First United Methodist Church of Fort Worth. Don’t hesitate to reach out.

I am truly grateful for your positive attitude, robust generosity, and consistent presence! I look forward to being with you in community as we begin the final quarter of 2022. Thank you again.

Together in Christ,

Nancy Fisher
Director of Stewardship
