TCU Concert Chorale Performance
Sunday, March 20
2:30 pm | Sanctuary
Concert Chorale is an auditioned mixed ensemble of 50 – 60 singers whose mission is to represent Texas Christian University with the finest of choral singing. The ensemble’s extensive repertoire includes choral/orchestral and chamber masterworks, as well as a cappella and keyboard accompanied literature from all stylistic eras. On Sunday, March 20, under the direction of Dr. Christopher Aspaas, Director of Choral Activities and Associate Professor of Music at TCU, Concert Chorale will perform choral literature of Lent and Passion themes at 2:30 pm in the Sanctuary. Janet Pummill, pianist/accompanist of the TCU Concert Chorale and former organist at FUMCFW, will accompany the ensemble on the Anne S. and Henry B. Paup Sanctuary Pipe Organ as they sing “Rejoice in the Lamb” by Benjamin Britten and other works. Please join us for this spectacular performance by Fort Worth’s own TCU Concert Chorale!
