There are two exciting things happening on Sunday, September 27 at FUMCFW!
Join the Tapestry all women’s Sunday school class for an open house from 9:45 – 10:45 am in room 313. If you’re looking to feel more grounded, supported, and energized by other women, this is the perfect class for you! This class is just for women — all ages and stages welcome — who want to learn, discuss, and grow in their faith journey.
In October and November, the class will study Seeing Gray in a World of Black and White by Adam Hamilton. You can pick up a copy of the book for $15 in the front office or at the open house on September 27th. If you have any questions please contact LeAnn Ayers (firstname.lastname@example.org.)
It is also United Methodist Women Sunday (UMW) and these ladies will be out in full force! UMW is committed to the service and support of women, youth, and children in need within our community and church. They meet as a whole once a month for general meetings but are also divided into sub-groups, called Circles, which meet at varying times and places. These Circles are smaller groups designed around similar interests and life stages — there is truly a Circle for everyone!
If you want more information on this group of women who are united by love for their church, have hearts for service and enjoy fellowship with one another, please look for them in the garden between services on the 27th or contact Dorothy Hudson (email@example.com.)
If you have questions about either of these groups, you can also contact me (firstname.lastname@example.org) at 817/339-5082.
I’m looking forward to the 27th!
