The Refuge for Teens — Where Youth Recharge on Sunday Nights

By September 20, 2019

The Refuge is just what it sounds like, a safe, fun, yet restful place for teens to come together and be themselves every Sunday evening and get themselves ready for each new school week.

Beginning just after the Cornerstone Youth Choir Rehearsal (check us out if you like to sing!), the Refuge helps teens learn how to engage God’s presence in a variety of ways.

There’s always food — a “snack supper” — followed by something different each Sunday of the month, from an opportunity to serve, to a time just to just hang out with friends, to worship, and to experience Scripture in an immersive and creative way.

If you’re a middle or high schooler — or if you’re the parent, grandparent, family or friend of a teen looking for something to do on what might otherwise be the most boring night of the week, please come to the Refuge and see what it’s all about. No reservation necessary — just bring $5 for the snack supper and come see what you think!
