As a Congregational Care Minister (CCM), not only can you make an important difference in the lives of people in our faith community who need encouragement and special care — you can be the difference.
For homebound members of our church family, those who are ill or in the hospital, and those experiencing grief and loss, offering your support in these times of deep need helps our church spread God’s love — and sometimes the life transformed is your own!
If you would like to be part of this special ministry team, we’d love for you to join us! By working closely with our FUMCFW Congregational Care Ministers (CCMs), you will learn how to conduct these visits, offer support and encouragement, and help meet the needs of our First Church congregation.
Want to know more? Come to the CCM table in the Garden THIS Sunday, September 15 between worship services to speak with our team members and get more information on this crucial ministry of FUMCFW.
If you already know you are interested in becoming a CCM, please contact Rev. Phyllis Barren (email@example.com | 817-339-5082) now to learn how you can get started!
