At FUMCFW we love babies! We know that babies join families in many different ways, so whether you’re pregnant or anticipating an adoption, we want to celebrate with you!

Please let us know if you have a little one on the way. We’d love to share in your joy, anticipation, and excitement. We’ll also be honored to pray for you and your growing family during your season of waiting.

And then, when your child arrives, please contact the church office at 817-336-7277 so we can share in your joy. With your permission, we will announce your child’s arrival in our church newsletter and print his or her name in our Sanctuary worship bulletin, indicating that a flower has been placed on the altar in your baby’s honor.

When you call, please also let us know if you would like to have a visit (at the hospital or after you get home) from one of our pastors. We’d be thrilled to come visit, meet your new arrival, and pray with you!

Please mark your calendar now! Every February we recognize all the little ones brought into our world in the previous year on Baby Celebration Sunday!  In this “sweetest service of the year,” we as your church family reaffirm how much our children mean to our faith community.
