Dr. Kirk Michael Rich Organ Recital

By February 14, 2020

Come and experience renowned organist, Dr. Kirk Michael Rich on February 24th at 7:00 pm in the Sanctuary as part of our Gift of Music Concert Series.

Dr. Kirk Michael Rich is the Director of Music at All Saints’ Episcopal Church in Atlanta, Georgia. He holds degrees in organ performance from the Oberlin College Conservatory, the Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University, and a doctorate from the University of Houston’s Moores School of Music. Kirk was also a 2017 winner in the National Young Artists Competition in Organ Performance sponsored by the American Guild of Organists.

We are so fortunate and blessed by the FUMCFW Music ministry here at First Church to have so many free offerings of timeless music. Peggy Graff, FUMCFW Organist and Associate Director of Music and Worship Arts says, “We look forward to Dr. Kirk Rich’s upcoming organ recital, presented on our magnificent sanctuary pipe organ built by Dan Garland and Associates. Kirk is an incredibly gifted musician and an outstanding young organist; and I encourage people of all ages to come and experience the grandeur of this magnificent instrument as he presents this recital!”

We hope everyone has a chance to witness Dr. Kirk’s amazing talents presented on the majesty of our First Church pipe organ.
