Amos 6:1a, 4 – 7 & Luke 16:19 – 31
This past Sunday I preached at Bay Harbor Church in Bay Harbor, Michigan. The weekend was a celebration of the twentieth anniversary of the founding of Bay Harbor and our worship was under a large tent set up next to the harbor. Susan sang for the service, as well. We enjoyed worshipping in the outdoors in a beautiful setting, but at the same time we missed being with our church family and look forward to being back with you this Sunday.
We need you to offer your service to God and others through one of the following volunteer opportunities at FUMCFW:
Mission Clothing Bank Volunteer
Fall Children’s Academy Teachers
Neighbor 2 Neighbor Volunteer

VBS NEEDS OUR HELP!

Mister Mark here.

But here’s the deal…the kids just keep coming.
We need, need, NEED more teachers. If you are willing, please let us know!
Amber Robertson, our volunteer coordinator, will happily take your call! (817/709-4000)

Every day, each one of us builds something. A family. A career. A reputation. A life. Built upon our hopes and dreams, reflecting our values and ideals, shaped by our words and deeds. A hundred years from now, will the things that mattered to us still matter? Will the causes that stirred our hearts still incite passion? Will the purposes we lived for live on in others? When all is said and done, what do we leave behind? Through First Methodist Church of Fort Worth Foundation, you can make certain your gifts not only benefit others today, but countless generations in the future. The Foundation can help you build a legacy of compassion, service and devotion. To learn more go to www.fmcfoundation.org.
