Sonja Bomhoff, Certified Coach for Brené Brown’s “Daring Way” Program

We are excited to welcome Sonja Bomhoff to First Talks this week. She will discuss keys to unlocking wholehearted living. How do we support ourselves to Show Up, Be Seen, and Live Brave™ in today’s world? Sonja will help us explore topics such as vulnerability, self-compassion, empathy, and worthiness in an effort to discover and develop skills that transform the way we live, love, parent, and lead. And as always, there will be plenty of time for group discussion! First Talks — ideas worth discussing!
