The final Spectrum concert of the season is a Livestream-only event, “A Six-Feet-Apart Concert.” The program includes a jazz-infused sonata for violin and piano by Maurice Ravel, a grand brass sextet by Oskar Böhme, and a gorgeous trio for clarinet, cello and piano by Johannes Brahms. As the title suggests, the musicians will be spaced at least six feet apart for safety purposes. Between the pieces, you will see previously-recorded, personal interviews with the performers, describing the music they are playing and sharing how they are adjusting to this unprecedented chapter in our lives. These presentations will add a unique and engaging note to the performances.

Please make plans to join us for this inspiring, one-of-a-kind event via our website, Facebook Live, or YouTube.

The Spectrum Chamber Music Society is devoted to sharing diverse and exciting chamber music performances with the community of Fort Worth and neighboring communities. The group features musicians of the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra joined by friends from North Texas and beyond.
