This multi-part program promotes healthy and independent aging by focusing on six areas that have shown to reduce the risk of developing dementia and increase cognitive health as we age.
These six scientifically researched areas are diet, exercise, sleep, stress, cognitive fitness, and staying social. We will discuss the impact our choices make in these six areas of our cognitive health.
