Sundays | 9:30 – 10:45 am | Room 310
Check out this great Adult Education discussion group meeting on Sunday mornings at 9:30 am in Room 310!
Some weeks the group watches TED Talks together; other weeks presenters bring in interesting and inspiring ideas. And, regardless of the inspiration, we then set aside time every week to discuss the issues presented.
Topics cover a wide range of issues and ideas — which open us up to the encouraging work of people who address problems, as well as our own power and possibilities to participate in change.
Watch our website and Facebook page for the presentations and conversations coming up each week to help you find Spirit in every facet of your life!

On Sunday Morning, October 27, Pam Thomas will present Learning Through Music and Art by Doug Goodkin
Doug Goodkin is an internationally recognized teacher of Orff Schulwerk, a dynamic approach to music education. He is currently in his 38th year at The San Francisco School, teaching children between three years old and eighth grade.
Doug is particularly known for connecting the principles of Orff Schulwerk to a wider world of practices and ideas — jazz, world music, poetry, school community-building, brain research, human health and culture, social justice, and more.
His work has been described as “a long, earnest and continuing struggle to present music of integrity in a way that affirms our collective humanity.”
