Three quick hits before the weekend:
One – The Christmas Eve Family services are THIS Sunday at 3:30 and 5:00.
(Keep an eye out for a video “sneak-peek” of our Christmas Eve message.)
Two – We will not have Sunday School this Sunday or next (Dec 31st).
Most of our adult Sunday school classes are not meeting, and there will only be one service each of those days (11:00 in the sanctuary).
Three – In January we will start a month-long Sacrament School where we explore baptism and communion.
This will culminate with a Baptism of the Lovies on January 21st, and Communion on January 28th.
We want to do everything we can to make January meaningful and special, rather than just a holding-pattern until Spring Academy starts in February.
Speaking of Academy – we still need many, MANY teachers. (Plus we could use a few volunteers to help us get through January!)
We will be introducing a Nature Nurture class in the spring and are looking for someone who knows a thing or two about caring for small animals – fish, hermit crab, hamster, etc.
