Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood aren’t afraid to get their hands a little dirty, especially in the name of helping others. The celebrity couple has helped build numerous homes through the Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter Work Project. Their humanitarian efforts are an inspiration to the country music community and fans worldwide.

The volunteer sign up deadline has been extended to September 5 at Noon!

All volunteer spots for Monday and Tuesday are now full, but you can still sign up to work Wednesday through Friday. And, while individual sponsorships are priced to the general public at $2,250, we still have 44 of our 125 sponsored volunteer spots available, thanks to the generosity of FUMCFW church members. Sign up now to become part of this amazing project — and who knows? You just might find yourself working alongside our celebrity guests!

“Habitat for Humanity lends a hand, but the hand that takes it is a hard-working hand. It reminds us of the kind of people we can be. Habitat reminds me I can be something better than I see in the mirror.”

—  Garth Brooks
