Communion served at all services
Traditional Noon Service
12:00 pm | Sanctuary | Rev. Casey Orr
Enjoy our full traditional Christmas Eve service mid-day to avoid the evening crowds and start your Christmas celebration early in First Church style, with message, carols, and special music, including the memorable voice of one of our favorite baritones, Christian Teague, singing The Wexford Carol.
Christmas Eve Service for Families
5:00 pm | Sanctuary
Dr. Tim Bruster & Mister Mark Burrows
Come join this lively service filled with Christmas carols, communion, candlelight, the wondrous story of Jesus’ birth, and our kid-favorite Christmas Eve puppet show. To add to this already fun-packed and meaningful Christmas Eve family experience, our own “Ms. Sara” Davis will perform a piano/organ duet with Peggy Graff, FUMCFW Organist!
Gathering Before Services in Wesley Hall
6:00 – 11:00 pm | Wesley Hall
Please join us in Wesley Hall at 6:00, 8:00, and 10:00 pm — an hour before each Traditional Candlelight Service — to enjoy refreshments and fellowship while the Sanctuary is being tidied and refreshed for each service. World-class cellist Dace Sultanov will provide delightful Christmas Eve cello accompaniment to our gathering prior to the 7:00 and 9:00 pm services. Please note that the Sanctuary doors will be locked until 25 minutes before each service begins.
