Choir Stuff through January

By November 17, 2016Children's Ministries

Mark BurrowsHello Choir Families.

I wanted to make sure we’re all on the same page about Children’s Choir dates through January.

With the Nativity Scene on December 4, we will not have an “official” choir piece that morning.

Junior Worship Leaders will sing on Sunday, December 11, in both Sanctuary services (9:30 and 11:00 am).

Both choirs  we will have our choir pizza party on December 11 from noon – 2:00 pm. We’ll start in Room 203 (Mad Scientists), and then move down to the movie room.

(If there are any dietary accommodations we need to make, please let us know.)

BOTH choirs will sing on Christmas Eve.

We have two Christmas Eve Family services this year — 3:30 and 5:00 pm.

I am putting our piece very early in the service so that those of you who come to 3:30 pm and want to get home after . . .

if you’re able to stick around for just the first part of the 5:00 pm service, the choir will be done by 5:10 pm at the latest.

(We’re singing Silent Night with sign language.)

And we will practice throughout January.

We’ll be singing with moms and special friends for Baby Celebration which will be January 29.

(We’re singing What a Wonderful World — “I hear babies cry, I watch them grow . . .”)

Have a great weekend!
