I wanted to invite you to something special we do every spring.
This Saturday morning at 9:00 am, our Children’s Choirs are singing The National Anthem and Take Me Out to the Ballgame for a Challenger League baseball game.
I know some of your kiddos are on the fence about choir, and I would love for them to see that choir is about much more than standing in rows and singing the “same old songs” over and over.
We go out to be God’s people in the world.
About the Challenger League —
It’s two teams each comprised of children with special needs.
They play each other four times in the fall and four times in the spring.
Each player has a “buddy” to help him/her get the most out of their experience.
And YES, this is where I got the idea for the “Special Buddy” program at our church!

We would LOVE for you to come join us. (And if you already know The National Anthem and Take Me Out to the Ballgame, you can come out on the field and sing with us.)
8:45 am call time for a 9:00 game. We sing, we cheer, we have fun!
